We are thrilled to share an exciting update on our collaboration with Gubbe, a groundbreaking non-medical elderly service.
Since its start in December 2022, the partnership with Gubbe has aimed to reduce loneliness among older individuals while simultaneously providing meaningful employment opportunities for young people. Today, we are delighted to introduce you to our lovely godgranny, and her dedicated Gubbe helper, who have experienced the transformative power of this collaboration firsthand.

Our godgranny is beyond happy that she now has her very own Gubbe helper, who visits her regularly, offering companionship and support to keep her active. Together, they have forged a friendship that has quickly become the highlight of their respective weeks.
One of the most significant changes in our godgranny's life has been the introduction of regular walks during the Gubbe visits. As she cannot go out on her own and the care home staff often lack the time for extended walks, these outings have been nothing short of fantastic. In addition, the duo has been running errands and even making trips to the pharmacy, ensuring that our godgranny's needs are met with care and consideration.
Beyond the physical activities, our godgranny and her Gubbe helper have engaged in stimulating mental exercises. Following their walks, the duo has spent quality time playing board games and participating in various memory-enhancing activities. Our godgranny has been very impressed by the genuine presence and attentiveness of her Gubbe helper, and she has noticed a newfound sense of relaxation in her mind after these outdoor excursions.
