Since the beginning of February, Hanken Executive Education in Vaasa is an integral part of Hanken & SSE Executive Education, after having been part of Hanken School of Economics for 30 years.
The merger with Hanken & SSE will not affect ongoing activities.
The high quality and large variety of programmes, in leadership and
professional development will continue in Swedish language as before.
The collaboration with local authorities will also continue to secure
development programs for SME’s and programmes for job-seekers.
As a new addition to the offering in the services in Vaasa, the
integration program Business Lead® that has been running in Helsinki,
will now also be offered in Vaasa. Business Lead combines education,
mentorship and ends with a 3-month internship to fast-track unemployed
academically educated refugees and immigrants into business life in
Finland. Business Lead is delivered in collaboration with Finnish
governmental bodies and organisations as well as private and public
companies. Business Lead is part of the largest European Integration
Social Impact Bond (SIB) project managed by Epiqus. If you can offer a
3-month internship with your company and want to be part of this unique
initiative, please contact us.
The merger will complement and strengthen the offering through the
Hanken & SSE network of experts from both academia and business and
it includes custom-designed programmes for developing commercial
capabilities, strategy developments, positioning and change leadership
in a global and unpredictable business environment. The Hanken Executive
MBA is also part of the portfolio.
“Our joint offering will be very strong after the merger and through
our mutual networks of experts we will continue to be able to create
interesting and impactful programmes to both existing and new
customers”, says Marc Hinnenberg, CEO of Hanken & SSE Executive
Education.
